A Vision for the Next Five Years
Our Strategic Plan 2024-2028 sets ambitious but achievable goals to expand our impact, strengthen our organization, and deepen our partnerships. This plan was developed through extensive consultation with staff, board members, partners, and the communities we serve.
By 2028, we aim to double our reach, diversify our funding, and establish KOWED as a leading voice for refugee women's rights in Uganda and beyond.
